Linda was an excellent resource and advocate for us during our recent home search and subsequent purchase. We were out of state buyers that didn’t have the luxury of time to look at properties in person so she really made an effort to understand our needs and identify the best options to maximize our time in the area. She assisted through every step of contract negotiation and all through the closing, even coming through at the 11th hour when we ran into a problem with the title company. It would’ve been easy for her to wash her hands of it at that point, but she fought - successfully - to make it right for us. We would absolutely use her again.
